Pole Dancing/Fitness
Pole dancing/Fitness classes have grown hugely over the last few years. Lioness Aerial Fitness have some of the very first qualified Instructors in Ireland. Pole dancing is an amazing fitness that strengthens your upper body and tones the body but its much more than just fitness. It’s an amazing empowerment where you begin to gain confidence and learn to love your body for what it is capable of doing. No background in dance or fitness is needed, pole really is for everyone!
Beginners classes run in 4 week courses that are 1 hour per week.
Once your Instructor has approved it, you can move up to our Leo membership package.
