Experienced Training from Qualified Professionals
About us
Meet our team of friendly and fun instructors.
Susan Nolan
I'm Susan. I'm 36 years old. I started pole in 2012. I was never a strong poler but loved the confidence it gave and being around so many amazing women.
In 2016 I decided to give Aerial Hoop a try and was converted straight away. I found my passion!!! When Lisa opened Lioness Aerial Fitness, I trained alongside her and the other ladies and never imagined I would one day be a hoop instructor!! But with a bit of convincing I signed up to do my training and after lots of studying and hard work I qualified as an Aerial Hoop Instructor with Spin City in 2018.
Honestly, being an Instructor is one of the most rewarding things I have EVER done. Seeing my students blossom is amazing. I've also tried my hand at competing over the years and some of my achievements include:-
4th overall in Intermediate category at Pole Princess 2017
2nd place in Doubles Hoop at Pole Princess 2018
3rd place in Doubles Hoop at Pole Princess 2019
Lioness for life!

Lyndsey Furlong
I’m Lyndsey and I have been pole dancing way longer than I’d like to admit! My fitness journey started out in martial arts, specifically Tae Kwon Do and Kickboxing. Unfortunately, I damaged my knee and was unable to compete at the level I was at.
My friends introduced me to pole dancing and boom, I was hooked! I progressed quickly and wanted to learn more and I am delighted to be one of the first Xpert Pole qualified instructors in Ireland. As an Instructor I love to share my passion and knowledge and I regularly up skill by attending aerial courses and workshops with world renowned instructors and performers.
I took an extended leave from aerial training to start my family and was struggling to jump back in. Lisa Lioness pushed me to regain my love and passion for pole and aerial which I am so grateful for. I love the friends and family and the sense of community that Lioness Aerial Fitness has become in my life. As long as I’m upside-down whether it be pole, hoop or hammock this is where my heart belongs.
I have also performed at numerous charity events and festivals with my Lioness family. I just want everyone to feel the freedom and confidence that Lioness Aerial Fitness can give you. I am so rewarded by helping to create strong powerful women, it’s my ultimate me-time!
