Before I started pole dancing classes with Lioness Aerial Fitness I was a completely different person. I had zero self confidence and hated my body. I wouldn't look at myself in a full length mirror and never wore shorts or tank tops. Exercise was an obligation. Pole dancing has totally opened doors for me. I feel strong and confident, I love exercising, I wear what I want and I am happy with my body! Nothing takes my mind off my stresses like being upside down. The studio is full of like minded women who are the best cheerleaders and confidence builders. I have made some of my closest friends through the classes. I honestly think everyone should try it!
