Aerial Hoop
Have you ever wanted to feel like you could fly?
Lioness Aerial Fitness currently offers Aerial Hoop classes in both our Wexford and Waterford studios. Develop a strong core and overall body tone by learning the graceful combination of dance and athleticism while flying in the air. Don’t think you’re strong enough? Not to worry, most people can’t climb into the hoop or do a pull-up when they first begin. You just need a willingness to learn something new and a desire to have fun!
In this class, you will learn various ways to mount the single and double point hoop, transitioning one move to the next to create a fluid sequence. Leaving you feel comfortable and confident in the hoop.
Beginners classes run in 4 week courses that are 1 hour per week.
