One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to join lioness pole fitness. It has hugely helped my confidence and strength ! I may not be perfect at it but that’s not what Lisa and the team make the classes about it’s all about trying your best and having fun. My favourite way to spend my Wednesdays. The most supportive people I’ve ever met would highly recommend joining the lioness family!
